Looking for a frugal night out with the family?  Take them to a FREE outdoor movie at Crocker Park in Westlake, Ohio!  Tonight’s movie is The Lego Movie. Before and after the movie, you may see people walking around handing $2 discount coupons for the LEGO Travel Adventure Exhibit going on right now Great Lakes Science Center! Make sure to grab one, you don’t want to miss this exhibit!

New to these movies?  Every Thursday evening, through August 28th, Crocker Park in Westlake, Ohio offers FREE, outdoor, family movies which are located in the West Park behind GameStop. They begin at dusk and usually end around 10:45pm.

Make sure to come early to get a good seat and bring a blanket or chair and some snacks from home.  If you’d rather there are a few eateries nearby such as Auntie Anne’s Pretzels where you can purchase snacks and bring them back to your seat.

Here’s another great frugal summer fun idea for you!

The Cleveland Cinemas are offering a $1 Family Film series each Wednesday July 23rd.  The theaters that are participating include the Apollo Theatre in Oberlin, Ohio, Capitol Theatre in Cleveland, Chagrin Cinemas in Chagrin Falls, Shaker Square Cinemas, and Southside Works Cinema in Pittsburgh, PA.

All seats are just $1 to the following films in the series. Each film starts at 10 AM and tickets go on sale starting at 9:30 AM at the theatre box office only. One adult guardian is required for every 10 children.
