Seems simple right? Ughhh, I wish! I look back and wonder how I got to be the size I am and know it was one meal at a time. While I’ve attempted to lose weight in the past, it has never stuck. Finally I’m sick and tired of being sick and tired 🙂 It’s time to do something!!
I hope to share with you every Wednesday how I’m doing and perhaps little tips that I’m attempting along the way. I hope that you will be a great support to me because I know I’ll need it!

Yep, eating less and exercising more 🙂 So far its been going really well. I haven’t quite gotten to the counting calories yet but I’m hearing a lot about fitness pal and I think it’s an app on my phone. I think I will try that soon. Thanks for the encouragement!
Good for you, Rachel! I know how hard it is to lose weight and I wish you the best. Don’t give up. Dont get discouraged if you dont lose weight right away. It takes time. Good luck!
