I ordered this tree but I only got 2 parts. Do you know how or If I could get ahold of the manufacturer to see if I can purchase the other part?
Oh, that stinks! Since it was purchased through Walmart, I would go through them.
I received the top 3 parts so if you have the bottom 2 D and E would you be willing to ship to me. I will pay you plus the shipping.
I certainly will. I received D and E. Will you send me A,B, and C?
I had the same thing happen, so bummed. What did you end up doing?
Which part do you have? I need the upper part
I ordered this tree and just took it out of the package and only got the top three parts, missing the other 3 parts!!! So mad! Walmart will do nothing either!!!
That is CRAZY! Why won’t Walmart do anything? I’m so sorry this happened!
This happened to me too!!!!
This is CRAZY! Is there a number in the box that you can call? Uggghhh…
We called Walmart and they basically told us itโs out of stock so thereโs nothing they can do except refund your money. But to keep the partial tree ๐คฆ๐ฝโโ๏ธ It looks as though it should have been shipped in two separate boxes and only 1 was delivered.
I’m so glad that they are at least refunding your money. What a crazy mess. I apologize for posting such a stinky deal! ๐
What parts do you have? I need A,B and C.
I can buy you those parts?
I ordered this tree and only got 3 parts! Are yours the bottom 2 pieces? ๐ณ
Yes! I received D and E. Can we swap and work out shipping costs?
I am interested on swap
Hi! Would anyone like to sell their box? My mom only received pieces D and E. We’ll gladly purchase A, B and C from someone and pay for it to be shipped.
I have the bottom parts
Welp, I just opened my box this weekend to find out I only received box A – I had no idea it was going to be 5 boxes!!! Walmart refunded my payment but thatโs it. I wanted this tree!
Do you still have Box A? If so, I would like to purchase it and will pay for shipping.
I have B
I have Box B also. Iโm interested in buying Box A.
I know itโs a year later but I still have box A if anyone is interested in selling box Bโฆ?
I need the top 3 pieces. I have the bottoms two pieces. I believe I have D & E indeed A, B, and C. Let me know if anybody has them! I will purchase and ship!
Do you need box a?
I would be willing to sell it to you.
I have box A if anyone wants to buy it
Has anyone had any success contacting the manufacturer for the missing pieces? I just ordered mine from Walmart in Oct & only got 1 box too. I need D&E. I also didnโt get the stand or the cord with the foot pedal. Iโm going to contact the manufacturer since they offer a 5 year warranty.
I’m interested in buying D &E if anyone has it.
