Well I should of typed this up last night but I headed to the gym instead 🙂 That’s good, right?
I’ve been doing great on my weight-loss journey and my clothes are starting to get loose. Good thing for me I have a closet full of clother in different sizes to pick from in my closet. Anyone else have that?
Not only have I been eating good but I have also been heading to the gym 5-6 times a week. I’m getting to the point that I’m feeling a little guilty when I take the day off. I would of never guessed that! I’m liking the pressure of not weighing in everyday too.
Here’s a recipe that my friend gave me (thanks Althea) for those nights my family wants pizza and I don’t want the extra calories! Here are your ingredients: Fat Free Cheese (I also add a little real cheese), Turkey pepperoni minis, Mids Pizza sauce (only 20 calories, cheapest at Apples), and Flat Out bread.
Put your Flat Out in the over/toaster for 5 minutes on 350 degrees. Then take it out and add sauce, pepperoni, veggies, and cheese. Cook again for about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. This is great for you who love thin crust pizza! My husband even likes it. I’m sure to add mushrooms next time though so I don’t have to share 🙂
Here’s how it looks done. It’s so good, I started eating before I took a picture!
