We called Walmart and they basically told us it’s out of stock so there’s nothing they can do except refund your money. But to keep the partial tree 🤦🏽♀️ It looks as though it should have been shipped in two separate boxes and only 1 was delivered.

Welp, I just opened my box this weekend to find out I only received box A – I had no idea it was going to be 5 boxes!!! Walmart refunded my payment but that’s it. I wanted this tree!

Has anyone had any success contacting the manufacturer for the missing pieces? I just ordered mine from Walmart in Oct & only got 1 box too. I need D&E. I also didn’t get the stand or the cord with the foot pedal. I’m going to contact the manufacturer since they offer a 5 year warranty.
