Pull out the hoodies and get ready for some football! Fall is almost here! One of the coolest food events in town: the 20th annual Taste of the Browns to benefit the Greater Cleveland Food Bank, happening Monday, September 24 and you can come along with me! Last year, this event was able to raise $250,000 which helped provide more than 1 million nutritious meals to struggling men, women and children in Northeast Ohio.

At the Taste of the Browns event, you can nibble on some of Cleveland’s best food and hang out with other die-hard Browns fans all while helping those in need.  This is a night out you won’t want to miss. Your ticket includes wine and beer tastings, as well as delicious food from over 25 of Cleveland’s best restaurants, like B Spot, Fahrenheit, Johnny’s Downtown, Barrio, Pier W, Deagan’s Kitchen & Bar, and many more.

On top of this, you’ll get enjoy the beautiful Club Lounge at FirstEnergy Stadium while mingling with Cleveland Browns player and alumni, bidding on silent auction items, and posing for photo ops.   Tickets for Taste of the Browns are currently on sale for $177 for general admission and $252 for VIP admission. You can purchase tickets online.

    I’ve only been to one Brown’s game… preseason a couple years back and there was a streaker.that ran the length of the field in our direction 😂

    Hey Rachel!
    My favorite Cleveland Browns memory would be September 10, 2017. My (now) husband and I woke up at 4am to get ready to go to Cleveland for the home opener against the Steelers. We had only got about 3.5 hours of sleep, but were pumped up, decked out in our Orange and Brown!
    While brushing my teeth, I turned around to my hubby down on one knee on our bathroom floor. He asked me to marry him and we had an AMAZING day at the game, even if we didn’t win! We got married 2 months after that!
    Here in a couple weeks we will be going to the home opener AGAIN! Only hoping for better results of the game!
    My hubby and I would LOVE to win the tickets to the Taste of the Browns!!!

    My favorite memory of the Browns from my childhood is actually the whole Bernie Kosar era! As a kid he was my superhero. There was nothing he couldn’t do. Every hit he got back up and kept going. It wasn’t until his last season when we discovered his kryptonite was Testaverde (Testa-poopy in my household) and ugly Bellichuck. I still remember Channel 3’s tribute for when he left and get choked up when I hear that song.

    My favorite memory is when my husband and I took the kids for their first preseason game and watching the look on my husband and little boys face walking through to our seats by the field.

    My favorite browns memory is the first browns game I ever went to was about 6 years ago i had won tickets at a fundraiser they were a few rows back on the 50NJ year line behind the browns bench it was amazing

    Watching the Kardiac Kids in college. This was before TVs were in every dorm room and instead we watched in the dorm lounge together. Lots of yelling and screaming.

    My favorite memory is during the cardiac kids magical season. my dad and I were at the game. Browns were down in the final minute. Sipe completes a 20 yard pass to David Loganwho breaks a tackle and runs 40 yards for the winning score. I believe it was against Green Bay and I think there was 16 seconds left when Logan scored. How I remember that I have no idea I was 14 years old at the time

    I remember going to a game with my Dad (who is now deceased). I have a picture of the two of us there. That is a good memory for me.

    My first game was with my husband and we got seats in the last row at the top of the stadium. It was a great game, but I thought I was going to die before I reached the top! 😂

    I have never been to a Brown’s game. My favorite moment was when a couple of years ago a friend took my son to his first and ever only Brown’s game. He hopes to attend a game in the future.

    Favorite Browns memory is watching them beat the Steelers at home about 9-10 years ago. It was at the new stadium in the winter and it was literally 10 degrees below zero with the windchill. I don’t think I’ve ever been that cold before. But it was a good game.

    My favorite Cleveland Browns memory is attending a game with my dad that felt like 20 below and stuff the giveaway rally towels in my shoes to keep my toes from freezing and staying the entire game to cheer on the team!

    When I was little my parents took us to the Browns training camp and when it was done the players came over to sign autographs, Mike Babb was on the Team and leaned down to tell me how much he liked my shirt, it has a toucan with plastic sunglasses on it. I felt so special and so excited that he stopped to talk to me. Love that memory and cheering on the Browns with Dad while Mom made us homemade pizza every Sunday. So many great memories!

    I have 2 great memories. When I was younger, maybe 5 or so, I remember at my grandparents house everyone hudled around the tv (not a small room) decked in their Browns gear yelling at the tv. Everyone was happy and together. My 2nd is from a couple years ago, we had the game going on tv and my son was 2 at the time, he walked up to the tv threw his arms in the air and started fussing at the game. I guess yelling at the tv is genetic or a Browns fan requirement!

    My favorite Browns memory is that a few players made visits to Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital while I was there, at age 12, recovering from back surgery. It was such a bright spot in an otherwise crappy stay~

    My dad was a die hard Browns fan. We memorized the 12 days of Browns Christmas song in 1980 when I was 8 years old and sang it over and over.
