– $.75/2 Snickers coupon
= $.17 each

Note:   These ARE manufacturer coupons and should be able to be used anywhere.  These state “redeem at Walmart” but I believe that they are a paid advertisement for Walmart.  If the wording said “redeem ONLY at Walmart”, then they could only be used there.  Keep in mind that this may confuse some cashiers or stores that are not coupon friendly and they may not be accepted.
