This past week I finally started a mom’s most dreaded chore… the switching of the seasonal clothes. Since it’s almost November, I should have done this weeks ago but every season I put this task off as long as I possibly can.

After about an hour and a half I had wound up with a large pile of clothes, housewares and toys. After cleaning, I just wanted it out. No selling, no waiting for garage sale, just out. While there are many things that I love about the Savers Donation Drop Spot my favorite it that there is someone at each location spot to greet and help you (during specific hours). In fact the nice gentleman at mine came right to my car as I was pulling up and asked if he could help me unload! As a busy mom of three, that was definitely helpful.

While dropping items off I was asked if I wanted a receipt for tax purposes. I’m so glad he asked as I had completely forgotten. It’s certainly a great perk to this donation drop spot.

The new Donation Drop Spots are open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. The time switches to 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. starting the first week of November and lasting through the winter months. If you wind up stopping by without anyone there Savers Donation Drop Spots offers self serve boxes to put your things inside.

Trans-Siberian Orchestra (TSO) is coming to Cleveland, Ohio for two spectacular shows at Quicken Loans Arena on December 20th.  Be sure to grab your tickets early as there are still great seats left.

TSO will be featuring one of the group’s beloved stories performed in its own renowned audio visual manner. This year’s enchanted Yuletide tale is “The Ghosts of Christmas Eve,” is a show not to be missed. Tickets for both shows are currently on sale with a portion of the proceeds benefiting St. Augustine Hunger Center, courtesy of TSO and Minute Men HR.
