We had 6 of these knives for about 15 years. They get used daily, They are the knives we reach for when we want to cut food while the other knives are left in the drawer. I purchased 6 more because we keep running out and we were down to 4, the other 2 were lost. The handle may loose its shine after a while but they are not for show, they are for use.
These knives are the best “steak cutting” knives I have ever owned. I have used some real high quality knives before, and needed a new set, went looking for made in USA that was “easy to buy” (read: available on Amazon), these were it, had a few good reviews. – Wow, not good enough, VERY VERY satisfied. Now, if they only made a knife block specific to their own product, I’d be extra happy.
