For the rest of 2013, Sam’s Club will be offering FREE Health Screenings and you don’t need to be a member to get a screening!
On February 9th the screening will include Heart Health, Blood Pressure, Body Mass Index, Total Cholesterol, Glucose, HDL Cholesterol, and Vision!
