safe Hands alcohol free hand sanitizer

safeHands Alcohol Free Hand Sanitizer

Update: The winner is …. Danielle Petrella

Cold and flu season will be upon us soon.  To keep healthy, hand washing is always the best option, but when that’s not practical, hand sanitizers can do the trick.  With three little (and very active) little boys, I like to use a combination of both.

Recently, I was sent safeHands Alcohol Free Hand Sanitizer. While I love to keep my mine and my little ones hands clean I’ve always had a hard time using the some of the harsh sanitizers that are full of alcohol.  Recently I discovered that I have psoriasis which effects different areas of my body, especially my hands.  In the past, when I’ve used used other sanitizers I would wince in pain as the alcohol would get into the small cuts on my hand.  Not only that, but they would also dry out my hand which would cause more drying and cracking.  That’s no fun at all.

When I discovered safeHands alcohol free hand sanitizer, I knew I’d have to try it out.  I was able to try out two of their product lines, safeHands Classic (for adults) and safeHands Squirts (for children).  Both of these are the perfect size to fit inside your diaper bag, desk or purse. I loved that it comes out in a foam which stays put on little hands so they have a chance to rub it in.  This product also comes in a variety of pleasant scents that won’t leave your hands feeling slimely, dry or sticky.  Instead this non-toxic sanitizer left my hands clean, hydrated and free of pain (Did I mention that I love that it’s alcohol free??)

safeHands review
Designed by a doctor, I’m excited that this product is safe for children and the environment while still killing more than 99.99% of germs on contact.  Created with the active ingredient called Benzalkonium Chloride this sanitizer is tough on germs while still being gentle on skin.  No more dry and irritated skin!

SafeHands sanitizers come in 6 scents.  We loved them all:

Clean Linen
Fragrance Free
Cucumber Mint
Cool Blue
Bubble Gum
Tooty Fruity

With so many people getting sick, I like to do what I can to stay healthy.  I’m so excited that I found a product that is not only good for my kids but also the right fit for me. safeHands will not only keep our hands clean but will keep them soft in the process.  To snag your own safeHands or safeSquirts check them out online or at your local Target store.

Check them out on Facebook and follow them on Twitter.

Enter below and one winner will receive their own prize pack of safeHands!  You can enter each day.  Good luck!

As soon as I read the part where the other sanitizers would burn with any cuts, I winced..I know that feeling. I would love to try some that doesn’t burn or dry out my hands! Thank you for letting us know about this product.

Get there early because before the show even starts, you can actually go on stage, interact with the cast, grab a beer at the pub-style counter, and maybe even dance a jig or two. How fun is that?! Once the performance begins, get ready — this toe-tapping, high-energy production will have you moving in your seat from the very first number. You’ll recognize a lot of the songs, and you might even discover a new favorite. I absolutely loved the traditional folk song! And fair warning… this show is very interactive! 🎺✨ Oh what a night! I caught the brand-new nationa 🎺✨ Oh what a night! I caught the brand-new national touring revival of Meredith Willson’s classic @musicmantour last night in Akron at E.J. Thomas Hall for the @broadwayakron series and I’m still smiling! This crowd-pleasing, six-time Tony-winning musical follows slick charmer Harold Hill, a fast-talking salesman who rolls into town planning to swindle the locals with promises of a boys’ band he can’t actually deliver. But his perfectly polished con hits a snag when he meets Marian Paroo, the sharp-witted librarian whose sincerity and heart just might turn this lovable rogue into someone real. The whole cast brought it last night from the high energy dance numbers to the tender ballads. The stars @elizabethdaiuto and @craigfirst were phenomenal delivering powerhouse vocals magnetic chemistry and performances that lit up the stage from start to finish. The energy, the costumes, the choreography, the music - pure Broadway magic on tour! If you love big classic musical numbers, charming comedy, and feel-good storytelling, don’t miss it. 🎟 One more performance TONIGHT (Feb 19)! Great for the whole family! #BroadwayAkron #musicmantour #akronohio

Last night at @playhousequare, I experienced somet Last night at @playhousequare, I experienced something unforgettable. ✨ Seeing @suffsmusical live was deeply moving, soul-stirring, and powerful in a way that stays with you long after the curtain falls. I cried several times. Not quiet tears, but the kind that come from feeling seen, shaken, and inspired all at once. This Tony-winning musical tells the true story of the women’s suffrage movement in the United States, over a century old, yet aching with relevance today. It captures the courage, the conflict, and the cost of fighting for a voice. These women marched on Washington, protested outside the White House, endured hunger strikes, and risked everything for a future they might never personally benefit from. And watching it unfold through a brilliant, all-female cast makes the story hit even harder - raw, urgent, and electric. What struck me most is how alive this story feels. This isn’t history trapped in the past—it’s a reminder that progress is loud, uncomfortable, and often born from persistence when hope feels thin. Suffs doesn’t whisper its message; it sings it boldly: change only happens because people refuse to give up. It left me inspired, emotional, and reminded that voices, especially women’s voices, have always mattered, even when the world tried to silence them. This is a must-see! Suffs is at Connor Palace through Sunday, February 22nd, and tickets are still available. Trust me, go see it. Bring tissues. Bring friends. Leave changed. ❤️ #hosted #BroadwayCleveland #SUFFStheMusical #SUFFSTour
