Disclosure: This is not a paid post. All opinions are my own. A huge thanks to the Lake Erie Monsters for providing tickets for giveaway and promotion!

GIVEAWAY Winner:  Congrats Angela (Angelm…@..com) for winning!  Please check your email!

The weather is freezing here in northeast Ohio but there is still a ton of family activities to do!  One of my family’s favorites is going to a Lake Erie Monster’s game!

Lake Erie Monster’s game is always an exciting and fun-filled night for my whole family.  In addition to watching a high energy, action packed game, you and you family can also enjoy a bunch of FREE concourse activities such as sign-making, temporary tattoos, games, uniform try-on stations, and face painting.  With all of these super fun activities you are sure to keep even your youngest entertained between periods.

During the game keep your eyes pealed for everyone’s favorite mascot, Sully! You may even be able to snap a picture with him.  Lake Erie Monster’s games are thrilling to watch but throughout the game there were more than enough times to stand and cheer, do a little dance and even participate in on-screen jumbo tron activities.   This makes Lake Erie Monster’s games perfect for the whole family!

Lake Erie Monster’s games are also frugal!  Did you know that seats start as low as $10 and on select nights you can grab a Monsters Family Value Pack for only $59 (reg. $116)! This package includes:

  • Four (4) Lower Level end zone seats ($24 value per ticket)
  • $20 Food, Beverage & Merchandise Credit – used at Fan Fare Concession stands and any merchandise stands throughout The Q! ($5 PER TICKET)
  • Digital “Family” Picture – Taken at the Monsters Family Value Booth outside SECTION 121. Picture will be emailed to you immediately and your picture may be seen on the Q Tube during the game!

On top of all of this, there are also theme nights and giveaways.  Lake Erie Monster’s offer Thirsty Thursday/College ID Night ($2 beer/$5 $5 margaritas), after game skates, Real Hero Night and more.  Our family’s favorite nights are the Dollar Dog and Drink Night as that makes our frugal night out even cheaper!

WIN TICKETS:

I’m super excited to share that one reader will receive a 4 pack of tickets to the Thursday, January 22nd game vs San Antonio.  Enter below and good luck!  Keep in mind that you can enter once per day!

The city was buzzing last night! Not only was @shu The city was buzzing last night! Not only was @shuckedmusical at @playhousesquare but there was a @cleguardians game and a @cavs playoff game! What a gorgeous evening to enjoy our vibrant city! 🌽 After dinner, we saw @shuckedmusical musical and y’all… it was a-maize-ing! From the moment the curtain rose, I was all ears. The jokes were corny in the best way, the cast was pop-pin’, and the music? Straight up buttery smooth. Big shoutout to the writers for not husking around with the humor—this show shucks in all the right ways. I laughed, I teared up (maybe from the laughter), and I left the theater feeling like one happy kernel. Whether you're a theater buff or just stalk-ing a good time, go see Shucked. It’s a-maize-ing and I’m not ear-itating when I say that. It's at Playhouse Square through May 11th! #hosted #BroadwayCleveland #ShuckYeah #psqdistrict #ShuckedTour
[ad] Last night, we flew to Neverland! 🧚‍♀️🌟
My sister and I had the BEST time seeing @peterpanthemusical at @playhousesquare and it was pure magic from start to finish! The sets were stunning, the flying scenes were jaw-dropping, and the cast brought all the nostalgia and wonder to life in the most heartwarming way. 💫 From the moment Peter soared onto the stage, we were hooked (pun intended 😂). Captain Hook was delightfully dramatic, the Lost Boys were hilarious, and Tinker Bell? Totally stole the show. It’s the perfect mix of adventure, laughs, and just enough fairy dust to make you believe in magic again. 🏴‍☠️✨ 🎭 If you’re in Cleveland, don’t miss it — Peter Pan is only in town through April 13th at Playhouse Square! Grab your tickets and take the whole fam (or just treat yourself). You’ll leave with a smile on your face and a little more belief in “never growing up.” 💚 #PeterPan #PlayhouseSquare #broadwaycleveland #NeverGrowUp #PlayhouseSquare #PeterPanOnTour
🗽 I had the BEST weekend in NYC with my son, wh 🗽 I had the BEST weekend in NYC with my son, who’s all grown up and living the college life! He chose everything we did! We stayed at the @aurahoteltimessquare which is literally steps from Times Square, so we kicked things off with the bright lights and hustle of the city. First stop: the American Museum of Natural History @amnh. We spent HOURS there and STILL didn’t see everything – definitely need to go back! 🦖✨ We took a stroll through @centralparknyc on a chilly but sunny day and climbed to the top of the Belvedere Castle. 🏰 Then, we went to an incredible concert at @townhallnyc where the orchestra played music from one of my son’s favorite video games. 🎶 Bonus: He got to meet the Grammy award winning artist @crosenmusic who arranged the music. After the concert we grabbed dinner at a local Irish pub @thelongroomnyc and listened to live music. We even met some new friends from Brazil! We stayed out ‘til the wee hours chatting and having way too much fun!. I can’t wait to visit them soon in their part of the world. 🌍 Our last day included some sightseeing, delicious food, and a little shopping spree. The Nintendo and Lego stores are two must visit destinations if you have kids! One-on-one time with my boys is always the best. It's so fun seeing him as an adult and sharing in his interests. From exploring the city to sharing laughs and new experiences, these moments will last a lifetime! Can’t wait for our next adventure! ❤️ #NYCWeekend #MotherSonAdventures #TimesSquare #CentralPark #MuseumDays #ConcertVibes #IrishPub #NYCFun
