JCPenney is offering FREE haircuts for Breast Cancer Survivors for the month of October at every JCPenney salon in the country!
Call or visit your local JCP Salon as soon as possible to schedule a free appointment before all they are gone.
Also, JCPenney will be donating $1 to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation for the first 50,000 haircuts.
