All About Eyes is a lightweight eye cream that hydrates, brightens, and diminishes the appearance of under-eye circles. The cream/gel formula helps hold eye makeup in place.

How do I use it: Starting at lash roots, wiggle mascara brush up to lash tips. Repeat to build. For lower lashes, hold wand vertically. Avoid pumping the brush in the container; this adds air that can dry out mascara. To prevent clumping, let mascara dry between coats.

Use eye cream twice a day, morning and night. With ring finger, apply sparingly to entire eye area using a gentle patting motion.
