Trick or Treat at Area Shopping Centers
Did you know that many area shopping centers offer kids the opportunity to trick-or-treat at the various stores? And because most are held indoors, kids can wear their Halloween costumes without covering them with coats, hats and mittens.

Sunday, October 28th from 11am – 2pm
Bring one or more food item(s) to donate to the Strongsville Emergency Food Bank and participate in trick-or-treat, a scavenger hunt, carnival games and more!

The leaves are changing and the cooler temperatures are here to stay. Experience the beauty of the season by participating in one of these outdoor Halloween Events taking place at local parks and Nature Centers.
37th Annual Lake County Metroparks Halloween Fair at the Carlisle Visitors Center
Fridays & Saturdays in October from 5pm – 10pm
Enjoy children’s games, crafts, train rides and tractor-pulled wagon rides. Family Friendly Halloween Trail (5-7pm) or Spooky Trail (7-10pm). Cost is $2 per person, and children under 3 are FREE
FREE Halloween Celebration at Lakeview Park
Saturday October 27th from 9am – 11am
Trick-or-Treating followed by a parade at 10am
Halloween Event at Vermilion River Reservation
Saturday, October 20th from 1pm – 4pm
Decorate a pumpkin your face or a cookie, plus prizes, candy, and games. Pre-registration requested (by October 18th). Cost is $2 per person
FREE Halloween Celebration at the Rocky River Nature Center
Saturday, October 27th from 1pm – 4pm
Enjoy a giant maze, treats, and check out the snakes, tarantulas and other animals at the Nature Center. Guests are encouraged to wear their Halloween costumes.
FREE Halloween Event at Susan Hambley Nature Center
Sunday, October 28th noon – 5pm
Enjoy a hike, games, cider and more. Don’t forget to wear your Halloween costume!
