My daughter is obsessed with love stories like this. I’m a mother of 6 and my daughter Angelique is my oldest. Getting one on one time with each kid is challenging,but even more so with a teenage girl. This would be a great opportunity to spend some quality time,doing something we both enjoy.

My 14 almost 15 year old daughter would love a night out, just her and I. She is very into sports and we are away almost every weekend w/ travel basketball now that HS season ended last month. Ever since I got laid off, our family have experienced financial hardships. I used to be able to afford getting out the house with my kids and attending fun events such as going to the movies, going out to eat, etc. Attending this free event would be the perfect chance to escape reality for a little bit and enjoy a fun night with my teenage daughter like the old days. She has been having a tough time at school as well, with bullying in addition to other high school issues!
