*I’ve had this set for 12 years now and I have absolutely no reason to purchase a new set. I mostly only use this set (plus 1 cast iron skillet and a non-stick skillet for eggs) in my kitchen and have not ever needed anything more.
The 8 quart stock pot is perfect for stews and soups and the locking lid seamless in design. The handles stay cool (although the lid will get exceptionally hot).
The 10″ skillet is my workhorse and I use it nearly everyday for nearly every use. I’ve made soups in it, sauteed veggies, fried doughnuts, and even made small batches of spaghetti sauce.
