Hey Carrie! It sounds like your $45 digital shop card may arrive in a separate email within a week of signing up. I found this in the Groupon details on this – “Promotional $45 Digital Costco Shop Card, $40 off an order of $250 or more on Costco.com promo code and the Costco Travel vacation package of $2,500 or more promo code will be emailed separately in 2 emails within 1 week after sign-up. They will be emailed to the email address provided by the Primary Member at time of sign-up.” Hoping it arrives soon! 🤞❤️
