Calling all parents! Parenting Expo is coming to Cleveland for the first time, and I can’t wait!
The Cleveland Parenting Expo which will be held at the IX Center on April 26th and April 27th, is fun for the whole family and for parents of all different stages. This includes new and expecting parents as well as the more seasoned parent. Being a parent of three young boys, I need all the tips and tricks that I can get, so I’ll be there for sure.
This two-day event will allow you to gather valuable information from well known speakers and respected parenting pros. You’ll also get a chance to snag exclusive coupons, goody bags, FREE samples (you know how we love those), watch product demos, enter giveaways, and meet with specialists.
Don’t leave the kids at home as they will surely want to come along for fun! The Cleveland Parenting Expo will have activities, entertainment, and demonstrations stations that will keep even the most active child engaged. Some of these activities include, face painting, balloon artists, storytelling, crafts and even meeting some characters your kiddos will love. They’ve even thought of the littlest ones as there will be comfort stations set up with nursing and diaper-changing facilities. Best of all kids under 14 are FREE!
While at the Parenting Expo you won’t want to miss the awesome speakers lined up. These speakers include:
- Dr. Debi Gilboa, Parenting Expert, AskDoctorG.com
- Jim Tressel, former head coach at The Ohio State University and currently Executive Vice President for Student Success at the University of Akron
- Dr. Geoffrey Putt, Psy.D., Director of Parenting & Family Support Services and Director of ADHA/Executive Functioning Assessment Program at Akron Children’s Hospital.
To top it all off there will be many prizes and giveaways to enter. In fact, one person who attends the Parenting Expo will win a 55” LED TV! Exciting, right? The winner does not need to be present but you do need to register at the show to enter the drawing.
