Highchair!  I know, I know … it’s not a coupon post but I thought those of you with little ones might be interested 🙂

Do you have a messy eater?  I sure do and a messy eater means a gross highchair! Now I can do an easy wipe down but once in a while those chairs just need a good scrub.  Now scrubbing a high chair is not my kind of fun so I’ve started to do something that makes my job MUCH easier. I put it on my back porch in the rain!  The steady fall of rain makes all the goo come off without any scrubbing.  Once it’s clean just be sure to wipe it dry.

Customer Appreciation Week at Convenient Food Mart!

Convenient Food Mart is having Customer Appreciation week starting today, April 4th and running through Thursday, May 3rd.  Everyday there will be a HOT deal that you can snag without using any coupons!  Below are the deals you can get each day.

If you haven’t checked out Convenient’s webpage you should NOW!  Every two weeks they offer a coupon that can be used in any Lorain or Summit County store.  The current coupon is for $1.00 off any loaf of bread.  To stay on top of their weekly deals you can sign up for their newsletter here.

Why I Use Coupons ~ And Pictures From Florida!!

One of the reasons I use coupons?  Because I LOVE to travel!  I save money where I can so I can use that money doing the things I love.

My family and I are currently traveling back from Florida and what a great time we had!  We swam, hung out with friends, and even got to go to Disney!  I’m pretty sure that my husband and I were just as excited as the kids!  Of course while on vacation we still used coupons and participated in some “frugal” activities.  Here were some of the highlights.

To save money we bought discounted souvenirs from home and brought them with us (shhhh don’t tell the kids!)
We played in the water = FREE!
We found FREE activities to do like Downtown Disney!
We visited the Lego store = FREE! Can you believe that Woody is made out of Legos?!?!
Met Mickey and Minnie Mouse! Soooo not FREE but what a magical day we had!
And swam some more!

I’m sure you too use coupons for great reasons!  What are yours?
