We always keep a lot of fresh fruit in the house. With my three boys, it seems like I can never buy enough! One of the cheapest places to buy produce in my area is at a store called Aldi. I’m also able to take my ad to Walmart and pricematch the same sales on produce.
Want cheap bananas? Be on the lookout for discounted bags at various stores. These bags can weigh up to 5 lbs but will only cost you .99!! This particular bag was almost 5 lbs. and I saved over 50%! Better than than, my son can have a snack while we are shopping since the price isn’t based on weight!
Some bags have so many, you may not be able to eat them all before they get too ripe. Not worries … just use them for banana bread! YUMMMMM!!!
