Cold and flu season will be upon us soon. To keep healthy, hand washing is always the best option, but when that’s not practical, hand sanitizers can do the trick. With three little (and very active) little boys, I like to use a combination of both.

Recently I discovered that I have psoriasis which effects different areas of my body, especially my hands.
