Over the weekend Couponing with Rachel reached 3,000 fans on Facebook!!  To celebrate I’m offering a $10 gift card to Target to one lucky winner!  This contest will run through 11:00 pm Friday July 27th.  Thank you all for making Couponing with Rachel a success!
