My target in Parma did have it at this price earlier in the week but it wasn’t ringing up and so the cashier over rode the price. But when I went back yesterday they had taken down the sign for the $13 for the Frozen blu ray combo.
Very interesting, Bernice! My Target did have them marked today and when it rang up at the wrong price the cashier caught it saying that they had been ringing up at the wrong price all week.
