Dollar Tree will begin accepting coupons as of 8/26/12 although some stores won’t start accepting coupons until September. Be sure to call your local store to verify their start date.! Here’s what they had to say about this on their Facebook page:
“We have been testing several markets across the nation over the past year and we are happy to say we now have the ability to accept manufacturer coupons! This will begin in most stores on August 26th!”
Here’s a brief overview of what their policy will include:
- Only (2) two like coupons allowed PER transaction.
- BOGO (Buy One Get One Free) coupons are NOT allowed
- Only (2) two internet printable coupons allowed PER order
- Coupons that require the cashier to write in the price are NOT allowed
- Coupons that give you a free item when purchasing a select item are NOT allowed
- Retailer specific coupons are NOT allowed.
- Coupons MUST be presented at time of purchase
- Coupons Can Not be redeemed for more than the value of the product
Gotta love a store that accepts coupons!!!!

That’s something I never expected!!
on the did you know side: some of the glass ware they sell is Libby Glass made in the USA. I felt so much better about buying the ‘cheap’ vases for DD’s wedding knowing they were made in the USA.
